DO YOU OFFER FREE BREAKFAST?
Each Masters Inn Orlando hotel has a free continental breakfast each morning. Breakfast consists of assorted pastries and danishes, coffee, tea and juices.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION?
All three Masters Inn locations both provide complimentary transportation to the Disney theme parks. This shuttle runs on a schedule three times in the morning and three times in the evening. Please contact the hotel directly for the pick up times at Kissimmee (407) 396-4020, Main Gate (407) 396-7743 and International Drive (407) 407-345-1172. Also, Masters Inn International Drive is located directly on the I-Ride Trolley route (Trolley Stop #24). This trolley goes to SeaWorld. The fee is $1.00 per person, per ride.
HOW DO YOU GET AROUND I-DRIVE? I-RIDE!
I-Ride Trolleys operate year-round, seven days a week, from 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
* Convention visitors: Take the trolley from Masters Inn on its southbound route, stopping directly in front of the Orange County Convention Center - North Hall E and F Entrance.
* Trolleys arrive approximately every 20 minutes in front of Masters Inn.
WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR AIRPORT TRANSFERS? IS THERE A FEE?
We suggest using Mears Shuttle service. It costs approximately $17 per person one way and arrangements can be made at the hotel's guest service desk. A taxi is approximately $45 one way. You may contact Mears at (407) 423-5566.
WHAT IS MASTERS INNS CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel your reservation before 72 hours prior to your check-in date you will not be charged. If you cancel your reservation less than 72 hours prior to your arrival, you will be charged one night's room and tax.
WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED WHEN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
No, a credit card is used to guarantee your reservations. Masters Inn is not responsible for debit card overdrafts. Upon check-in, you may pay by cash, money orders, traveler's checks, and major credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted at check-in.
CAN I BRING MY PET? IS THERE A CHARGE?
Yes! Each Masters Inn Orlando hotel charges a pet friendly fee of $20 for up to 7 nights for dogs and cats (up to 20 lbs). When staying at our Orlando pet friendly hotel, pets must be on leash when outside. For your pet's safety, please do not leave them unattended in the room unless crated.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE FOR SOMEONE CHECKING IN?
We do require at least one person in each room to be 21 years old or older.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN? CHECK OUT?
Check in 4 pm, Check out 11 am.
IS PARKING FREE?
Ample parking is complimentary for all our guests.
